BEAMS at The Works!!
BEAMS
in association with the Collins Studio Gallery will be presenting a
concert of experimental and electroacoustic music at The Works at 8 pm
on Tuesday, June 23 at the Collins Studio Gallery (11741-94 St),
Edmonton. Tickets are $10 for BEAMS members and $20 for Non-members.
Put
the date on your calendar to have your cochleas tickled and your third
eye stimulated by experimental, electronic and electroacoustic
performances by Tippy Agogo, Garlands, Hitoshi Sugiyama, Nathaniel
Sutton, and W/KRP.
The
Boreal Electroacoustic Music Society (BEAMS) is a non-profit society
dedicated to the promotion and production of sound art, experimental
music and new media. Its membership consists of professional musicians,
composers and performance artists from diverse backgrounds driven to
create a voice for sound orientated art in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
